This exclusive opportunity is limited to just six supportive businesses each year. As a Mai-Wel Ambassador, you will:

Our Expectations

Successful ambassadors will collaborate with us to:

  • Create accessible and inclusive workplaces.
  • Participate in workshops, mentoring, and learning opportunities.
  • Promote and provide sustainable employment opportunities.
  • Advocate for people with disabilities and disadvantaged youth within your networks.
  • Develop training opportunities to support Mai-Wel participants.
  • Be a vocal advocate for disability awareness and the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
  • Engage in Mai-Wel project opportunities or further partnerships.

What You’ll Receive

As part of this newly developed program, you will receive:

  • A Mai-Wel Employer Ambassador Network badge to display on your website for 12 months.
  • An Annual Impact Statement highlighting the outcomes of your support.
  • Access to disability confidence training for your team.
  • Brand exposure through our social media channels, marketing materials, and website.
  • Regular check-ins to ensure you’re maximising your role as a Mai-Wel Ambassador.
