What happens next
Your submission has been forwarded to Mai-Wel’s Complaints Officer. You will receive acknowledgment of your submission within the required deadline of 5 business days.
An outcome of your submission will be finalised and signed off within 21 days from receipt of complaint. If this is a significant complex complaint, the outcome may be extended to 42 days from receipt of submission.
