At Mai-Wel, we are thrilled to celebrate the success of Will, one of our determined and hardworking participants. Will joined Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions (MWLFS) in September 2023, working closely with his Case Manager to define and pursue his employment goals. As part of his journey, Will also connected with Mai-Wel Academy to further build his capacity and skills.
In May 2024, Will achieved one of his major goals—securing employment as a Production Worker, working 15 hours per week. This was a huge accomplishment, but Will didn’t stop there. His most recent success came when he obtained his Provisional Driver’s Licence, granting him newfound independence and the ability to take control of his own journey.
Will’s story is an inspiring example of how, with the right support, people can achieve both professional and personal goals. His hard work, perseverance, and willingness to embrace new challenges have led to fantastic outcomes, and we couldn’t be prouder.
