Participants will develop customer service, stock management, and cashier skills, all while being part of a welcoming team. With tailored training, 1:1 support, and the option to engage in accredited training through TAFE NSW, this 6-week program is designed to boost your confidence, employability, and workplace skills.

To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Have NDIS funding
- Have up to 12 hours of 1:1 support per week
- Be available for the full 6-week program

What support will be in place for participants?
- 1:1 or Group support from Mai-Wel’s NDIS personnel throughout the program
- Guidance and supervision from a dedicated Mai-Wel Project Lead
