Workplace learning to employment with voco Kirkton Park an IHG Hotel

Mai Wel’s collaboration with voco Kirkton Park an IHG Hotel has offered participants a unique workplace learning opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of work, acquire job-ready skills, and develop industry-specific knowledge.

Jessica and Mikala are job seekers who were initially linked to Mai-Wel NDIS employment pathways supports for skill building before being supported by our Disability Employment Services team for their job search.

Jessical and Mikala participated in 12 weeks of workplace learning with the voco Kirkton Park team, learning general and industry-specific skills, making them well-prepared for future employment.

After completing their respective programs with huge success, they received fantastic news – job offers at with voco Kirkton Park as housekeeping staff members!
